Abeco cable stippring tools provide the ideal, easy to use approach to strip all types of insulation from cables. Medium duty cable stripper for removing the outer insulation from round cables up to 28mm diameter. The tool has a thumb operated lever which swivels the cutting blade from circular through 45º to spiral or 90º for longitudinal cutting as required. It has an adjustable cutting depth up to 5mm and is fitted with a retractable ripping blade in the base of the tool to aid in insulation removal. Abeco cable stippring tools provide the ideal, easy to use approach to strip all types of insulation from cables. The Rota Strip has been designed as an economical tool for stripping PVC and rubber insulations on round Cables. The Rota Strip features a spring loaded cable retention arm with an integral chisel edge to aid in the removal of tough insulations. The depth of cut is adjustable up to 3.0mm and the replaceable cutting blade can be rotated through 90° by a simple press of the side button. This enables the tool to first complete a circumferential cut around the diameter of the cable and then a longitudinal cut along the length of the cable. Abeco cable stippring tools provide the ideal, easy to use approach to strip all types of insulation from cables. A hand cable stripper for the fast and effective removal of outer insulations from round cables between 4.5 and 28.5mm diameter. The MK02 consists of a springloaded gripping arm, and an adjustable cutting blade which can penetrate up to a depth of 3mm. A simple grip and rotate action will cut cleanly around the circumference of the cable. The blade may then be turned through 90° by depressing the side button. This allows the tool to cut along the length of the cable, enabling the insulation to be peeled away easily. The MK02 is also equipped with a spring-loaded ripping blade situated at the base of the tool to facilitate insulation removal. Key Features:

A lever action swivels the cutting blade through 90° allowing circular and longitudinal cutting of the insulation. The cutting blade depth is adjustable up to 5mm and the tool is also fitted with a retractable ripping blade, triggered by a button close to the base of the tool - this aids removal of the split insulation. The set of cable guides supplied extends the capacity of the tool to produce perfect results when stripping delicate shielded multi-core cables of irregular shapes, twisted pair and unusual insulations including PTFE, silicone rubber and polyurethane. The design of this tool permits precision stripping of all types of insulation including rubber, PVC, nylon, cotton etc., and is also recommended for cutting through copper screening of coaxial cables ranging from 8 to 25mmØ. The depth of cut is adjustable up to a maximum of 4.5mm. Precise depth can be set and locked by finger pressure on the knurled adjustment nuts. The cutting blade has two positive positions to give a circumferential cut and a longitudinal cut for removal of the insulation sleeve.
