The Simonds Ball Crim tool is used on copper and aluminum tubing.
The BC series are hand held crimping tools that push a “ball” on one side of the jaw into a “socket” located on the opposite side.
This tool can lock onto the tubing (up to 1/2”), so that the ends may be silver soldered.
This series of tools features our “reverse valve” which means
when the tool is “at rest”, the jaws are held in the closed position.
Any of the ball crimp tools are available in a footswitch model (add
suffix “F”), and may be ordered with our SP-008 for additional power.

The SimondsRS-10 is a continuous acting, air operated scissor-style
cutting tool.
Making 15,000 cuts per minute, this unit can cut a wide variety of materials, from light sheet metal, plastics, fabrics, sail cloth to light carpeting.
The unit includes hardened cutting jaws (RRS-10) .
The jaws extend below and in front of the unit so the cutting area is
clearly visible and the operator’s hand does not touch the material
being cut.
